Warranty Policy

Lone Paintball items are covered by a 30-day guarantee from the date of purchase for any manufacturing flaws. The warranty does not cover losses caused by abuse, alteration, or excessive wear. Certain terms and conditions may apply. Products that have been modified or altered are not covered under warranty. Customer support handles issues that are older than 30 days on a case-by-case basis.

The following issues are NOT covered by the warranty:

  • Improper product maintenance
  • Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or carelessness
  • Noncompliance with care instructions
  • Rips, cuts, and tears caused by abrasive surfaces
  • Normal wear and tear on the product
  • Cosmetic damage (i.e., minor scratches, surface deformations, fading or discoloration)
  • Alterations or modifications
  • Products that have had their logos, date codes, or tags removed or defaced
  • Products bought from unlicensed sellers/dealers
  • Products that are pre-owned or used

NOTE: A Return Merchandise Authorization Number is required for all packages. All packages that do not have an RMA Number will be rejected and returned to the sender.

Unless otherwise authorized by a customer service agent, customers are responsible for shipping charges for warranty claims.

IMPORTANT: Lone Paintball suggests utilizing a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance when delivering an item with a retail value of $100 or more. Lone Paintball is NOT responsible for any misplaced packages.
