Shipping Policy

This document sets out the Shipping Policy that applies to customers that purchase from our store https://lonepaintball.com. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team at support@lonepaintball.com. By placing an order through our website, you consent to be bound by this Shipping Policy and other legal pages appearing anywhere on https://lonepaintball.com. Your placing an order is subject to our acceptance of the offer. We will send a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to notify you if your order was approved or rejected. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you in any given situation.

Shipping Options And Delivery Costs

We offer several shipping methods such as USPS, UPS, and FEDEX; you will be asked to select a shipping method and the associated shipping rates will be shown at checkout.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next business day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse the next business day.

Delivery Address And P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Due to laws in some countries and certain manufacturer rules, some products may not be able to be shipped to every country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know if the product they’re order is allowed for import. Lone Paintball cannot be held responsible if your package is held by your local Custom’s Department. Lone Paintball cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies once the package leaves our building.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
